A print copy has just been released.  The fifth edition should rightly be renamed The Genealogist’s and Historian’s Address Book, because it now includes many more primarily historical resources, such as the New York State town and village historians and many museum libraries.
The book is available from distributor, Ingram Book Company.  Also from the book’s publisher, Genealogical Publishing Company, 1001 North Calvert Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 at $49.99 plus $4.00 shipping.
You may order it directly from me at $49.99, but delivery may take up to two weeks, since the book is being produced using print‑on‑demand technology.
I can accept library purchase orders via email.  And the usual trade discount (plus shipping, with return privileges) is offered to societies or bookstores ordering multiple copies for resale.
